This policy explains what personal data Parsclu processes, what it is used for, and how you can exercise your rights over it.
Data we collect
Each user's phone number, name, and optional email; the business's name, address, location, and phone numbers; part requests, with vehicle details, VIN, and photos; quotes; the WhatsApp messages you exchange with Parsclu; and your device's notification identifier.
How we use it
To verify your identity at sign-in, send each request to the yards that cover your area, deliver quotes and notifications to you, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
With the other party to a quote, and only after the shop accepts it. With the providers that run the service: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Meta (WhatsApp), and Expo (notifications).
How long we keep it
While your account is active, and afterwards only what the law requires.
Your rights and deleting your data
You can request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection (ARCO rights), including deletion of your account and data, by writing to
contacto@parsclu.com. We reply within 20 business days at most.
Changes to this policy
We will publish any change on this page with its new date.
